Minimum project value must be $15,000 before tax, based on a written estimate provided by Sparkle Restoration.
2. Coupon Value
This coupon provides a $1,500 discount applied to the final approved contract price.
This is a discount only. It is not a rebate, credit, or cash offer, and has no cash value.
3. One Coupon Per Project
Only one coupon may be used per property and per project.
Coupon cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless Sparkle Restoration authorizes it in writing.
4. New Projects Only
Coupon applies solely to new proposals and new contracts.
Not valid for previously signed contracts, change orders, ongoing work, or estimates issued before the coupon is presented.
5. Redemption Requirements
Coupon must be mentioned or presented before the estimate is prepared.
All work must be performed under a written home improvement contract, as required by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
Coupon is applied only after the contract is signed and the required deposit (per California law) is received.
6. Exclusions
Coupon may not be used to offset an insurance deductible, per California Insurance Code.
Coupon may not apply to insurance-funded repairs where the carrier prohibits discounts.
Coupon is not valid for standalone emergency services or mitigation-only services under $15,000 (e.g., dry-outs, water extraction, board-ups, mold testing).
Not valid for materials-only purchases.
7. Non-Transferable
Coupon is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Coupon cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
8. Expiration
Coupon expires 90 days after issuance, unless a different date is shown on promotional materials.
Sparkle Restoration reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion in accordance with California advertising and CSLB regulations.
9. Service Area & Availability
Project scheduling is subject to crew availability and service radius limitations.
Sparkle Restoration reserves the right to decline projects outside its service area or projects not suitable under company scope.
10. Final Approval
Application of the coupon is subject to verification of eligibility.
Sparkle Restoration must perform an on-site inspection and provide a written estimate before coupon approval.
All contracts will comply with Business & Professions Code §7159 and other applicable California laws.
